In additional to Wayne's fitness background, he also hold a variety of health & safety qualifications meaning that all sessions are designed to be safe and secure, as well as a lot of fun!

This is a specialist physical activity mentoring programme that is designed to meet young people where they are in order to help them better engage with the world around them. If a child has special education needs and disabilities, they may require additional support away from school, and Motivating Moves can provide that; whether this intervention is needed long or short term.
The Motivating Moves physical activity programmes work on a coaching and mentoring basis whereby sport or exercise is used as a vehicle to address life’s hurdles. This can be particularly effective if a young person is experiencing poor mental health such as anxiety and depression.
This can be carried out 1-2-1 or in small groups.
